Proven processes and infrastructure

ERS warehouse

ERS has the size and scale to handle high volumes of cartridges because of the increased efficiency afforded by our new facility and systems. Yet with increased automation, our dedication to high quality standards remains constant. The most critical part of the process is still done by hand. Every cartridge is still visually inspected by a well-trained person to ensure you are paying customers for cartridges that meet your standards.

ERS warehouse capabilities

Experience

Throughout our 17-year history, ERS has focused solely on providing reverse logistics services to the printing supplies and wireless aftermarkets.

Continued investments in time, resources and infrastructure have helped us develop processes and applications specifically designed for handling shipments of empty printer cartridges. In fact, ERS has specifically identified over 60 million individual units since 1990.

ERS warehouse custom designed for success

Processes

ERS utilizes a custom-developed, proprietary inventory management and logistics application. Because this system was wholly created by our team of in-house developers and analysts, it offers the flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and client needs. This approach gives us the ability to integrate with partners in ways that may not be possible with off-the-shelf software.

Scalability

Our custom-built facility was designed to meet the unique needs of our business. It incorporates state-of-the-art warehouse automation and identification systems that have a capacity to induct, identify and process over 40 million printer cartridges and cell phones each year.
