High Volume Shipment Guidelines
Environmental Reclamation Services representatives work hard to ensure convenient and hassle-free cartridge transactions. Your representative will work with you to determine the best methods for packaging and shipping your cartridges.
Guidelines for shipping 250 or more cartridges
- Provide ERS with your list of available inventory. You can contact a representative or send your list by email or fax. Your ERS representative will provide a quote for your inventory. Once the quote is finalized, ERS will issue you a Purchase Order for your cartridges. You will need to sign and send back the Purchase Order by fax.
- Securely package your cartridges for shipping. Remember, ERS cannot pay for cartridges damaged during shipment. Your ERS representative will schedule a pick-up with the freight company on an agreed-upon date.
- Once ERS receives your cartridges they will be processed and inspected. Upon inspection, ERS will send you a detail of the cartridges received.

Cartridges are typically shipped by Yellow Freight, Roadway Express or a comparable common carrier. Transit is typically between one and five days depending on your location. You'll find our Shipping Calculator is an easy way to find out about our shipping arrangements.
