  1. What constitutes a minimum order?
    ERS requires a minimum quantity of 250 units per laser order and 1000 per inkjet order.
  2. How long before my order ships?
    If the order is placed before noon and we have the product in stock, your order will ship the same day. Otherwise it will usually ship the next business day.
  3. What types of payment do you accept?
    All orders must be prepaid and ERS accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, check, bank wire and cash.
  4. Do you accept credit terms?
    Credit terms may be accepted after a credit application is completed and sent to our accounting department for review.
