Vendors selling 250 or more cartridges have the option to conduct business through ERS' web-based enterprise application or by contacting one of our purchasing professionals. Either option will enable vendors the ability to view transactions from their own shipping docks all the way through our material processing facility. Our systems handle all aspects of the transaction, including logistics and automatic document creation. In addition, vendors can view payment processing and complete account history online at their convenience.

Suppliers with less than 250 cartridges

ERS also has an option for suppliers with less than 250 cartridges. The ERS Easy Parcel Ship Program offers complete account visibility, free shipping through UPS and weekly payment.
